- The Oriental Insurance follows closely in the rankings with 772, while overall satisfaction across the industry averages 761.
- The National Insurance Company bagged the third position with a score of 764.
- New India Assurance Company currently stands in the fourth position with one point less 763 than its closest contender.
- India's leading private non life insurance company Bajaj Allianz stands fifth with a score of 762.
- It is followed by Tata AIG with 760 points. The Tata AIG is a joint venture between Tata Group and American International Group.
- The United India Insurance Company is one of the oldest insurance companies of India which was established on 18th February, 1938. It takes the seventh position with a score of 755.
- The Reliance General Insurance stands eight on the survey with 754 points.
- It is followed by HDFC Ergo with a score of 747.
- Royal Sundaram is the last on the list with 744 points.
